Working with Parents and Carers

All Saints Nursery Staff will work in partnership with parent/carers in order to provide consistency of care. An awareness of the various cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds, dietary requirements, special needs and differences in childcare practices are also taken into consideration. All staff liaise with parents on a daily basis at the beginning and at the end of the day, ensuring that the parent/carer is confident with the quality care their child is receiving.
